Application Instructions

Before applying to your final garment, always test on a scrap fabric or less-valuable piece first. Every iron, heat press, and fabric reacts differently.

  1. Peel the backing from the TPU patch.

  2. Place the patch in your desired position on the garment.

  3. Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.

  4. Apply medium pressure for 8–10 seconds at 280°F–300°F (138°C–149°C).

  5. Allow the garment to cool before handling.

Warnings & Important Notes

  • Heat settings vary between irons and heat presses. You may need to adjust temperature, pressure, or time based on your equipment.

  • Certain fabrics (e.g., high-stretch materials, heat-sensitive synthetics) may not be compatible.

  • Not recommended for use on waterproof-coated fabrics, nylon without testing, or delicate materials.
